Quotation Terms
Our standard quotations are generally based on EXW or FOB terms. The exact trade term will be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other written order confirmation.
Freight Responsibility
International freight, destination customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, local delivery charges, and other destination-side costs are borne by the customer unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.
Freight Estimation and Logistics Support
Upon request, MapleArashi may assist with freight estimation or logistics coordination. Any freight estimate is for reference only and may vary according to destination, order quantity, packing method, trade term, shipping method, vessel or flight schedule, and logistics route.
Shipping Method and Delivery Schedule
Shipping method and delivery schedule are confirmed case by case. Available shipping options may include sea freight, air freight, express delivery, truck delivery, or other agreed logistics methods depending on the order and destination.
Lead Time
Production lead time and shipping transit time depend on product specification, order quantity, customization requirements, packing requirements, and logistics availability. The final schedule should be confirmed before order placement or shipment.
Customer-Arranged Shipment
For EXW and FOB orders, customers may appoint their own freight forwarder or logistics agent. MapleArashi will provide reasonable coordination according to the confirmed trade term and shipment arrangement.
